My name is Luna Barrington, and I’m a mom of three who has lived with bipolar disorder for most of my life. I was first diagnosed at the age of 13, following a car accident and years of unresolved childhood trauma. Since then, I’ve spent over two decades navigating the complexities of this disorder through therapy, self-discovery, and learning to manage my mental health one step at a time. Now, at 33, I’ve reached a place of understanding and stability that I never thought was possible—and I’m passionate about helping others who are newly diagnosed find their footing sooner
